At Hella Handmade Creations, we want you to love your unique beauty finds, but due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on unopened items. Please note that custom-mixed or limited edition polishes are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your beauty items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping service and allow 5-7 business days after receipt for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
