What is the processing time for my order?
Since our products are curated through a pre-order model, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping after the monthly shop window closes.

What is your return policy?
Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our beauty products, we cannot accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are your nail polishes and beauty products '5-Free'?
Most of our featured makers prioritize clean formulas, often being 5-free or higher. Specific ingredient lists can be found on individual product pages.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders once they have been placed. We recommend adding all desired items to your cart before completing your purchase.
How can I track my package?
